The World Moto Center website is published by WORLD ADS CENTER SLU, with its registered office at Cami de Mascaro 3, AD100 Canillo, Andorra, registered under number NRT L-721291-M. World Moto Center is an online platform allowing the relationship between professionals and individuals for the publication of motorcycle sale ads as well as the registration of motorcycle professionals in a sector business directory.
The use of the site implies the acceptance without reservation of these General Terms and Conditions (CGV). We reserve the right to modify these CGV unilaterally, any modification taking effect from its publication online.
These CGV define the rules and obligations of site users, whether they are professionals or individuals, for the publication and management of ads as well as for the registration in the directory of motorcycle professionals.
3.1 Professional Advertisers
Motorcycle professionals (professionals, dealers, garages, ...) can publish motorcycle sale ads by paying a subscription according to the applicable conditions. Professionals must provide proof of their activity before the publication of their first ad.
3.2 Private Advertisers
Individuals can publish ads for the sale of their motorcycles under certain conditions. Ads must comply with the applicable regulations and contain verifiable information.
4.1 Registration conditions
Motorcycle professionals can register in a specialized directory present on the site by paying an annual subscription according to the applicable conditions. This registration allows them to obtain better visibility among users.
4.2 Commitments of registered professionals
Registered professionals commit to providing accurate and up-to-date information on their activity. Any false declaration or omission may result in the deletion of their file without refund.
World Moto Center acts solely as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Although ads are moderated before publication, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by sellers. World Moto Center disclaims all responsibility for the content of ads and the transactions carried out between users, including in the event of inaccurate or fraudulent information.
The payment of services (publication of ads for professionals, registration in the directory, sponsoring options) is made online by bank card. No refund will be made once the service is activated. Monthly subscriptions are concluded with a minimum commitment period of one year and renew tacitly at the end of the period unless terminated.
Personal data collected are treated with the greatest confidentiality and are not sold to third parties, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Each user has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@world-moto-center.com.
These CGV are subject to the applicable law in Spain. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In case of persistent disagreement, the courts of Girona will be the only competent ones.
These CGV are in effect from Sep. 1, 2026.
